To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1999 Pontiac Firebird, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. I appreciate the quality of this touch up. The match to the color of my Firebird was perfect. I suggest that you remove the brush in the bottle, though, I use a cheap artist's brush and I think, it's easier to accurately apply the paint.

Even though I placed the order over Christmas the delivery time was excellent. The paint turned up on my doorstep in a little over a week. The paint was a perfect color match for my Firebird and I gave the wing around 4 coats with little over a can. I also used the spray can trigger - this is really a great accessory to save getting finger cramp! Take their advice and get a good face mask or respirator. To summarize - Great product & service.
