To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2004 Oldsmobile Intrigue, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. I replaced a fender on my olds alero, and being a do it your selfer ( and cheap) I wanted to do it all my self. Automotive touchup was a great way to get factory matched paint in a small quantity and not need to buy or rent compressors and water filters and buy a paint gun. Plus mixing paint is not for the novice. The color match was perfect. I did have a little trouble with orange peel, but that was not the product's fault. I was able to rub most of it out.
