CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2002 Oldsmobile Alero, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2002 Oldsmobile Alero is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Susan M, owner of a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero from Hendersonville, NC

The touch-up color matched EXACTLY and looks great! The results were even better than I had hoped they would be. This simple process made the car look so much newer and more expensive; I really wish I had done it long ago. I am going to order some for another car soon! This is a great alternative if you don't want to pay huge money to have your whole car painted.

Leslie O, owner of a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero from Deltona, FL

Awesome! Matched up our 17 year old car perfect! Tropic Teal Metallic

Maryellen D, owner of a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero from Mesa, AZ

So happy with the exact match of this bright red. Easy for me to do. Very pleased.

Brian B, owner of a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero from Accomac, VA

Like so many other people, I had serious "sticker shock" from the body shop for my driver door repaint, and decided to give the DIY option a try. Glad my web search brought me to AutomotiveTouchup. The color match was great. My only mistake was the beginners mistake of using 80 grit auto sandpaper to start the project. Waaaaay to coarse. Cut grooves and valleys I couldn't get rid of. If I had started with 150 grit paper my end results would have been identical to the original factory paint job. Thanks for a great match!

Roelofnl, owner of a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero from Saint Louis, MO

I repainted my son's bumper on his 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero and it is a perfect match, as always.

Rohan M, owner of a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero from Albany, NY

I was very impressed with the aerosol paint I received. It was just a bout a perfect match for my Alero. The paint also does not take a long time to dry. Although I did not buy a clear coat the paint still looks superb. I would definitely recommend this automotive touch up to anyone would needs an exact paint match for their vehicle.
