Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2017 Nissan Rogue is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Ted T, owner of a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Cordova, TN

The touchup paint I bought for the Rogue worked wonderfully when I used a very tiny tipped brush I bought from a crafts store. Also I had previously purchased a bottle of clear coat when I bought touchup paint for my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. When I used the clear coat this time, the washer in the inside top of the brush stuck to the top of the bottle so I had to discard it. Need a better washer in the inside top of the brush to seal out air.
