The paint is high quality and matches the original color perfectly. I should have sanded down the rust spot back to bare metal to make it smooth first. Regardless, using the base product first with a few coats smoothed some of the rough spots. The paint was applied next, and then the clear coat. I recommend using gloves as the bottles are full and can spill over a bit. Using the included brush was fine but again wear gloves and put down a towel to catch drips.

I have a Nissan Sentra that had several chips in the paint on the hood and bumper area. It's painted red, but there are so many variations of red to choose from. I'm so glad I found this site! Just a touch darker than the original, but not enough to be really noticeable. This is the 3rd order from Automotive Touchup, for different vehicles, and I have been very pleased every time. Paint quality is excellent. The entire system is great and the directions are detailed and complete. Anyone can do this - just don't try to short-cut any steps. Will use again when needed. The web site is easy to navigate, and helpful in finding/determining your vehicle's paint code.

I originally bought a spray can of Duplicolor, which alleged it matched my son's '06 Nissan Sentra. It most certainly did not. This is the second time that I have used Automotive Touchup to buy base paint. The first time I bought paint for my VW to touch up a small section that had been scraped up. That paint matched so well and was so easy to apply (spray can), that I decided to repaint the entire bumper on our other car, a Nissan. Both times the paint matched perfectly!
