CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1994 Nissan 300ZX, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for Nissan paint code location diagrams and label examples.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1994 Nissan 300ZX is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Andrew, owner of a 1994 Nissan 300ZX from Herndon, VA

I just finished painting the exterior mirror on my car using AutomotiveTouchup products. Every one of their products were excellent and made the job 1st rate! I used the sand paper pack, tack cloth, primer, base coat and clear coat. The end results are better than I could have ever imagined! It looks professional! Oh, and the color match is absolutely perfect. This was my first time at attempting such a project. The brief tutorials on the AutomotiveTouchup website were needed in my case and very helpful. I still had one question about the process, so I simply called AutomotiveTouchup. A friendly and super helpful rep answered my questions completely until I had total confidence to tackle the job ahead of me. I want to genuinely thank everybody at AutomotiveTouchup 1st for making such quality products, 2nd for providing important tutorials and 3rd for great customer service. Thank you!

Dean H, owner of a 1994 Nissan 300ZX from Hurricane, UT

I would never have had the courage to tackle the various body and paint problems I had on my 300 ZX Twin-Turbo had I not stumbled onto this website. I've bought several items, including two separate orders of aerosol paint, and the color match has been perfect every time. I watched the videos several times, then made up my own checklist by taking directions from all the videos and merging them together, and then following the directions carefully. My results have not been absolutely perfect (viewed from two feet) but are fabulous viewed from three or more feet away. Not bad for a rank amateur 's first efforts. Give it a try, you'll find you can handle the job just fine. Remember, the time is in the prep, not the spraying. Bad prep = bad results.

Charly M, owner of a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder from Mountain Home, AR

Color match was very very close. Shipping was fast and well packed. Repair turned out awesome. Highly recommend. Thanks for your help. Happy customer.
