Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1991 Nissan Versa is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

PERFECT!!!!!

Jiji, owner of a 1992 Nissan 300ZX from CA

I purchased touch up primer, base color and clear coat for minor chips and scratches on my 1992 300ZX (Gray metallic). I know result of touch up job will never close to the one of using sprays but the products this company offers are superior to other products in terms of color matching. Additionally, the brush that comes with the paint bottle cap is softer than other brands and nicely cut with angle so that brush streak will be minimal. I found that their primer is a little too dense to use for very small chips but since I used acetone to thin, so it was not a real problem. Overall, the result of my touch up job is better than using other brands. I'm planning to buy spray color and clear coat to resurface the faded rear bumper.
