Overall, this is a good product, but don't expect to get body shop results from a brush on product.

Suggestions
*Let us know there is a mixing ball in the color coat! The instructions don't say anything about this and I wasn't expecting it. I thought I was done mixing, but I was far from finished. All in all, it took me about 10 minutes of vigorous shaking to get the ball moving freely. I think that the brush in the center of the small bottle makes the mixing action less effective. My arm was tired, but the results were much better with well mixed paint than my initial attempt with the partially mixed paint.
*As you would expect, it is really hard to get paint with a pearlescent or metallic flake to lay out in a way that isn't blotchy. I had to wipe off and reapply several times to get a passable appearance. Between runs and brush strokes, this is challenging. Unless there is some technique I am missing, don't expect the fix to blend in. If there are some brush techniques to address this, it would be useful to have them on your website.

After gouging the bumper on my brand new mini cooper, (totally my fault, I was trying to be funny by parking it sideways in the garage) which resulted in 2 deep scratches in the paint, I ordered paint from automotivetouchup.com. I bought British Racing Green (B22) paint, primer, clear coat and rubbing compound. The color is 100% spot on. If you have to order touch up paint, order it from these guys and then spend a few minutes googling or youtubing instructions on how to touch up scratches.

The color match was terrific. Used the paint and clearcoat to touch up a small spot on my Mini's door and it looks good, particularly considering that I have no experience. You really have to stare at it in the right light to know that it was touched up. My only recommendation would be to include written instructions or best practices with the paint. I realize you have hints on the website, but having them available as you open up the box and start working with the paint would be very helpful.
