The products I ordered -- quite a long list -- were shipped quickly. The instructions were clear (and so were the videos I looked at), and all of the steps went smoothly. The color matches surprisingly well, especially considering that the car has been puttering around in the sun and weather for 16 years. I just have the clear coat left to do, but I don't foresee any problems there. As an additional note, sometimes you can find out more about a company with how they handle challenges rather than the ordinary, day-to-day stuff. As mentioned, I ordered a long list of items -- I just counted, and there were 16 different products -- and as I was prepping for painting over the weekend, I realized the "Pre-taped Masking Film with Dispenser" was missing. I called on Saturday (when everyone was gone for the weekend), got a call back first thing Monday morning, and the film was shipped that day (yesterday).
