Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2016 Mclaren 750S is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

John B, owner of a 2009 Scion TC from Londonderry, NH

Everything worked out great. I painted a brand new pre primed plastic aftermarket front bumper cover on a ‘09 TC. 3 cans of white 3 cans of matte clear coat. My garage was 63F while base coat and clearing and everything came out acceptable. Getting used to spraying and avoiding dripping took some getting used to. Just make sure your finger is not hanging over the nozzle or it’ll drip on to what you’re spraying. I do recommend the spray “gun” attachment as your hand will be dead after several minutes of spraying, the nozzle takes a lot of pressure to hold down. Turned out as expected and would recommend to anyone. I used paint code 040 Toyota or Scion “Bright White” and it matched. Quality was there.

Katerin B, owner of a 1965 Pontiac from Murrieta, CA
