The full kit worked very well. Having base coat and a mid-coat was a difficult job. My only tip I would give others is follow the directions and concentrate on making the basecoat be perfect before using the mid coat. Let it dry at least full day before using a Fine Cut rubbing compound.

Our 2017 Mazda Miata RF had picked a few good sized chips on the back bumper that a paint pen would not fix. The color of the car is Soul Red Crystal Metallic, which is an upgraded color. We purchased the adhesion promoter, the two step base coat and some clear. Following the suggestions on AutomotiveTouchup.com I pulled and prepped the bumper and then painted the damaged area. Once that was done I spray the whole bumper with clear. The color is a very good match and there are no more chips in our bumper.
