Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2002 Mazda RX7 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Chris G, owner of a 2003 Mazda Mazda6 from Tifton, GA

I have a 2003 Mazda 6s. Bought it used with 200K miles. Needless to say the paint was in bad shape. There were places on the hood that were down to bare metal and rusting. The side mirrors clear coat was all peeled off. Just wanted to make it look a little better and prevent further rusting. I ordered a small bottle of touch-up paint for the bare metal online from somewhere else. It was kind of close, which I expected after ten years. Later I decided to paint the mirrors with aerosol. Ordered that here from AutomotiveTouchUp. Received my order and tested it under the trunk lid. The underside of the trunk lid is not clear coated and my test patch disappeared. Absolutely perfect match. I am now repairing the previous paint with this new stuff. Don't bother shopping around for touch up paint, this is the place to get it. This company does not disappoint.

Sharon H, owner of a 2003 Mazda MPV from Mckinney, TX

This is the second time that I've ordered spray cans of touchup paint from Automotive Touchup. The last time was for our 15-year-old Toyota Avalon -- because of its age, I thought, "nothing ventured, nothing gained." But I was delighted with the match that first time (and the cost-savings, of course) that I order some for our 2003 Mazda MPV. (I keep scraping the side of the on-car garage -- so yes, it's my fault.) Again -- delighted with the ease of application and the match. By feathering the spray, all the paint blends, new with old. I also like how easy it is to find out on the web site what kind of paint to order. My husband has always thought the Mazda was gold, but your web site showed it to be a silver. He was skeptical, but the match says it all. Thank you!
