CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2001 Mazda MX-30, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code can be located in the driver side door jamb or on the firewall. Click here for Mazda paint code locations and a label example.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2001 Mazda MX-30 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Michael, owner of a 2001 Mazda Tribute from VA

So i recently purchased a mazda tribute 2001 and when it arrived (private owner) I realized it needed some work. It had key scratches all over it, rust and a dent in the back left passenger side. So I went looking for answers and found it will cost me about $2500+ for what I needed. So I went looking for a route better for my pocket and discovered automotive touch up. I ordered paint based on my color code and it arrived faster than expected. It was perfect match. I sanded down the scratches and then primed it (which i also purchased from automotive touch up) and then painted it. After a few coats it looked pretty good. And then I used clearcoat to give it a shine (automotive touchup clear coat). I am a beginner painter and the how to videos work out great on their site. Also they have a printable how to instruction section. I would highly recommend this product. The spray gun attachment is also great because it's easier to spray with it. 5 out of 5 for me. I only wound up spending $160ish as opposed to 2 to 3 grand.

Carol F, owner of a 2001 Mazda MX5 Miata from Del Mar, CA

These look fine as far as color. I have not had a chance to apply them to the vehicles yet. Speedy service, thank you.
