Match was right on target. Sprayed the top plastic portion of the rear bumper just behind the hatch opening. Several coats of the base coat on top of a grey primer I had in stock looked a close as you can get. Added several coats of your clear coat. Sanded up to 2000 grit paper (wet,) Blended in well with existing color. Looking forward to fixing some small dings with pen.

It works great and matches exactly! Cannot see the difference until you get up REAL close and that's if only you know where you touched up. Otherwise it looks great!

When I saw the scratch, the first thing came to me that I will have to have the entire back hatch and under light repainted.
So I went on the web to see how to touchup a scratch, then I said I can do that
so after I sanded the scratch and used a little scratch filler and wet sanded the entire area let it dry I was ready.
I taped off the area under the tail light, with blue tape and paper.
the paint is a [3] stage process
first I put three thin coats of the base.
Next came part [2] the flake I also put three coats of that on.
Last was the clear, I put [5] coats ...... you can [NOT] tell the difference .... a perfect match
at first I thought $61.00 to paint a scratch was high ... but it sure is a lot less then the $ 250.00 dealer wanted.
Talk about my chest popping out when my wife said really good job HONEY ..

Are you kidding me. ...wish i knew it was this easy and flawless. I had three spots to do and when i went back out to do the clear i had trouble finding the places that needed to be done ...Outstanding products from wipe to paint and clear...ease of application and color match cannot be beat....

Excellent products. I have used their products on two different vehicles, a Cadillac and a Lincoln. Both vehicles were pearl, requiring 2 colors and a clear. I used the product in spray cans. Be careful and follow instructions and the outcome looks like body shop work.
