I had to fix a poor color match repair (rear bumper replacement) from a local body shop. My Lexus SUV has a tri-coat, they did not apply enough mid coat (white pearl) so the "repair" resulted in a obvious mismatch. After the body shop refused to even acknowledge the mismatch, I decided to order your product and fix it myself. As an ex-factory paint rep I knew how to do the repair but I no longer have access to a booth, compressor, etc. That being said, I ordered the aerosol cans for the basecoat white, mid coat pearl and the clear. I was not entirely confident with the idea of fixing it with spray cans. Teamed up with my 11 year old daughter to do the repair, she did all the spraying. Absolutely perfect match! Loved the product and the results. I'm tempted to take it back to the shop and show them what a tri-coat color match looks like when performed by an 11 year old.. Thanks!

Package was delivered to the wrong address and lost. FedEx has lost any confidence I had in them. However your customer service was awesome and I understand that you have to wait for a few days before replacing it. But once that time had passed customer service made sure to expedite the entire process all the way through shipping and sending me the tracking number. Thank you so much for that, so far as the color match and the quality of the paint system it was spot on and the premixed paint for the spray gun was perfect and simple to apply. Just follow the instructions and use sound spraying techniques and remember that 90% of the work is the prep....
