Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1998 Lexus Ls is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Bernard L M, owner of a 1999 Lexus RX300 from Mount Pleasant, SC

This application saved me over $2500 dollars. I couldn't believe that I could do it, but as simple as the process is, with a little patience and the desire to do a good job, their product works. I would recommend their product to anyone and may even set myself up as a cottage industry in my old age to help other folks.

Tim W, owner of a 1999 Lexus LX470 from Sacramento, CA

Your products saved me hundreds of dollars. My bumper on my 1999 Lexus needed a major update. I started the whole project my sanding out the imperfections in some areas down to the bare plastic. I used your adhesive promoter and your sandable primer. I applied three coats of the base coat. Three layers of clear coat were also applied. Metallic colors are hard to match but the bumper looks really good for a non-professional. The shine is not as good as the factory job but I'm not complaining.
