Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1991 Land Rover 45 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Brian A, owner of a 1990 Land Rover from Berlin, MI

Color was a perfect match, and sprayed on evenly with fan-type nozzle. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, super fast shipping and nicely packaged. Looking forward to buying more, to finish complete repaint.

Richard LaReau, owner of a 1992 Land Rover from Minneapolis, MN

I have used your paint several times. The paint job on my car is over 10 years old and has had some sun fading. Due to this, the color I get is slightly darker than than than the car color. Your paint seems to have less metallic than my original. It would be beneficial if you could make minor changes on request, ie. add a little more metallic or provide paint a shade lighter on request. Of course, the customer would have to accept whatever you provide. I continue to use your paint because it is close enough for my 27 year old car. It's a 1992 Mustang LX but it has been repainted with the Land Rover Icelandic blue color #621.
