CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1970 Land Rover (All Models), we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for Land Rover paint code images and location chart.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1970 Land Rover (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Nicholas S, owner of a 1998 Land Rover Discovery from Brooklyn, NY

This is my second purchase. Both times the color match was great. On this second purchase, I initially bought the paint from another similar service. It turned out to be a waste of money. I simply had to paint two small under headlight bezels and the lower portion of the grill. The spray can the other company sent me felt really lightweight. Turns out it was not enough to paint two lower headlight bezels and the lower part of the grill on my 1998 Land Rover Discovery. I the ordered a Automotive Touchup spray can. The can felt much heavier than the other company, I painted the pieces and have leftover paint. I will always go with Automotive Touchup in the future.

M & M, owner of a 2007 Land Rover Range Rover Sport from Smyrna, GA

I discovered the website after being quoted a ridiculous price to have a floodlight bezel painted by Range Rover. After researching the product, I thought I would give it a try. Well, I spent $44.00 dollars for the spray paint and clear gloss finish. I saved a $100 by doing the job myself and the paint was an exact match. For touch up and dings, you can not go wrong. The colors are factory coded, so besides the fading from the elements, there should not be a problem. I would highly recommend AutomotiveTouchUp. Try it and enjoy the experience, you will not be disappointed.

Jason S, owner of a 2007 Land Rover Range Rover from Idaho Falls, ID

2007 range rover. My garage door shut on my back bumper. Thought I'd have to repaint the whole thing. Not sure how this touchup paint is a perfect match but it is. It's white also. Either land rover has one variant of color or Automotivetouchup.com got really lucky. Curious to have them match my wife's pearl white rdx. Now that would be a challenge lol.
