The problem I have is keeping the rattle paint tips and the aerosol spray tips clean after using the paint.
For the rattle tubes, I clean the tips in mineral spirits after each use so they won't hardened. Works somewhat. I think extra tips should be sent along with every order and instructions to used on how to clean the tips. Otherwise, these become single use items.
Personally, I would have loved any advice you could have given on how to use the paint when the tip you sent is much wider than the scratch.
For the aerosol cans, your advice was to turn cans upside down and spray a while to clear tip of paint in the tip. I did it but will not know if that works until the next time I need to use them. (I ordered the aerosol for a small job to give it a smoother finish and look than a touchup rattle pen could give.) Should extra tips be included along with instructions on how to clear tip after each use?????????
The color itself is perfect for my car. [ATU Note: Soak the tip in lacquer thinner, MEK, or acetone. Mineral spirits and naphtha won't work.]

I love love this product It is awesome, I had just got an estimate for $1900 for a large scrape on my front bumper that I didn't want to turn into my insurance. A small stone chipped the paint on the A-pillar of my 2015 Hyundai Genesis. I purchased OEM touch up but it was nowhere near the Empire State Gray Metallic color of the car; it was closer to silver than it was to gray. So I returned the OEM paint and ordered touch up and clear coat from Automotive Touchup. The paint arrived in a few days and I couldn't be happier. The color appears to be a good match but, my ability to apply it was not so good. I recommend you try the pen if you have no experience with this type of work. I was concerned the size of the area I needed to touch up was too large for the pen but, in retrospect I wish I had gone that route. Anyway, my damage was near the bottom of the body, near the ground, and no one will really look closely there so I am satisfied. It was way cheaper than going to a body shop.
