CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2007 Hyundai Sonica, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for the Hyundai paint code location chart.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2007 Hyundai Sonica is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Thomas M, owner of a 2006 Hyundai Azera from Barnegat, NJ

My rear spoiler had paint wearing off the top. Ordered your product along with primer and clear coat. Initially I was only going to paint the top however primer went on so good I decided to do entire piece. Long story short not enough color to cover the piece. I have primer left over but color does not provide same amount of coverage. All products worked well however spoiler is a little blotchy trying to cover a light sand colored primer with dark flake purple. A coverage estimate would be helpful.

Rick S, owner of a 2006 Hyundai Azera from Redwood City, CA

The products I ordered worked well. I wasn't too sure it was going to match until I put the second clearcoat layer on the car. My car's door handles and mirrors (which had that 'gone through the carwash too many times look) now match the rest of the car.
