CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1989 Hyundai Coupe, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for the Hyundai paint code location chart.

Did you choose the wrong vehicle model?

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1989 Hyundai Coupe is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Edward P, owner of a 2004 Hyundai Elantra from Ada, OH

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the ordering process, the delivery time, and the product. The color was a spot-on match and the product worked exactly as described. Not only would we order again from Automotive TouchUp, we'd go so far as to recommend them to others. Great product, great experience, great all the way round.

Scott L, owner of a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe from Cape Coral, FL

Just wanting to let you know that there is a new use for your wonderful rubbing compound. REPAIRING UV DAMAGE TO HEADLIGHTS. Just clean headlights first with window cleaner. Apply rubbing compound with dry cloth. Remove with another dry cloth. Apply UV protectant as final layer. You will be amazed at how much easier (and cheaper) this system is. And it lasts!
