You have an excellent product and service at an excellent price. When your product did not arrive on the expected day, I called you and the person I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. She said you would ship again at no extra charge. I told her that it was possible that the order could possibly come later in the week and it did, but she put a new order in for me anyway.....and that also did come in. As it turned out I did need the additional clear coat. The only limitation to your product is the inexperience of your customers. I had never attempted any kind of aerosol type spray painting, and didn't know what the project should look like at each stage. I also am a fusspot and kept thinking this isn't right.
