Quite happy with the product and results. Ordered 2 different colors for my 2003 Ford Explorer since trim has 2 different colors. One of them was pretty good match right out of the box, another RedFire Perl Metallic (G2) for some reason happened to be some different color. When I contacted Automotivetouchup customer support I was promised they will ship the correct one same day and they did! This time it was perfect match. I didn't follow the suggested and easy to read directions clearly offered on your company's online ordering site. Instead I guessed at the color of paint instead of using your easy to follow guidelines to make sure all customers order for themselves the correct color of paint. My hardheadedness cost me around $34.00 just because I was too impatient to follow your easy instructions. I have since reordered and found your process to very accurate and easy for anyone who take the time to use your time tested and perfected ordering program.
