So I ordered paint to match my 2000 Ford Escort zx2. It's toreador red and the previous owner touched up the rockers with Ford red engine paint. Talk about a sore thumb. I ordered expecting to get the usual touch up like you buy at autozone or walmart, you know close but not really. Anyway this paint was dead on color. It's perfect. The product arrived quickly. The quality of the spray can is good (a nice fine, even spray) but the color was a tad darker than the original color of the truck. I first thought I sprayed it too heavy and that is why it was dark, but when I sprayed the inside of the new tailgate I made sure I put a lighter coat on and it was still dark. Even though the truck is a 2000 it sits in a shed most of the time, out of the sun, so I don't think the original paint is faded. The paint looks beautiful though and the price is good. Maybe the color will lighten up as it sits around.
