I am absolutely blown away at the color match! I have a 20-year-old Dodge Ram that has for most of its life sat outdoors. In fact, the hot sun blistered the roof on the truck and the camper shell.
It was necessary to sand down to the bare metal in many places.
I ordered the red sandable primer and the factory color code base color and clear coat.
My only issue was that I applied it on a very hot day (no real choice and no garage space) which made the surface a bit rough. I will wet sand that later - this was my fault, not the paint.
When I finished I was amazed at the color match.

Wish I would had before and after pictures. I was able to replace my beat up tailgate with one in better condition and this paint enabled me to change the blue to my truck's factory red. This paint was an excellent match and I'll definitely be using for future projects. My only regret may be that friends and family won't be humming me the Sanford and Sons tune anymore.

Paint was a very good match. I actually painted hood and top with 3 cans and clear. Not perfect but paint was gone on the truck and looks so much better.

I ordered Aerosol Spray for the metallic blue on a Dodge Ram and let me just say that it is the best I've ever used! I'm not a pro painter but if you do everything right (clean,primer,base,clear,buff and polish) It will look tremendous! I was worried at first being a metallic color but the match was dead on! I could only imagine that less complex and solid colors should be even easier to work with! The pressure of the can was strong for much longer than any other brand I've used which means less wasted paint, the adjustable pattern on the nozzle was also helpful and this paint goes on smooth like butter, ATU is my new source for paint my projects and I've used them all, great product!

I bought this 99 ram 1500 that has many "bad" spots on it and using your touch-up paint in both the brush and spray versions she is beginning to look really nice again. The color is a "dead-on' match I am very impressed how easy it is to fix problems when the paint actually matches.

I am the owner of a 99 Dodge 1500 that suffers like all, the weep hole rust at bottom of pax door. Ground out rust, a bit of bondo, prime and paint. This color Deep Amethyst coated real well. This is a tough color to match as my son says it is 'blurple'.

My 1999 dodge 2500 truck right back wheel panel was rusted. When I got a estimate they wanted $825.00 to make the repair. I was a welder by trade but never did any automotive body work. Thought I would try it myself, after checking around everyone said they did not make dodge paint code PR4 in spray cans anymore. I then went to the web.
