I was surprised at how efficient the pens worked!! I have zero experience in auto body work but the process was very simple. At first, I thought I needed to stroke to cover the scratches but with the pens I was dabbing (and it needs to be lightly!). I had some trouble with the primer; I shook it for 5 minutes and it still didn't respond. I did not hear a ball on the inside of the pen to loosen the liquid; (the clearcoat and paint were fine). The paint color matched exactly!! When ordering, I didn't wait long to receive the package!!
