CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2002 Chevrolet G Class, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2002 Chevrolet G Class is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Joseph M, owner of a 2003 Chevrolet Venture from Dayton, OH

Good product, but took forever to get it, even paying for the extra shipping costs. The base coat nozzle left a lot to be desired in the spray pattern: lost a portion of the can due to globing The spray nozzle on the clear coat was excellent! no issues with it at all. Will plan on ordering more, just not going to pay extra for something that took almost 2 weeks to get here.

Walter G, owner of a 2003 Chevrolet from Quakertown, PA

I used the touch up paint with brush. So far the color looks correct. I'm still doing body work on the rear quarter panels and have not used the Aerosol paint yet.
