CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1995 Chevrolet Caprice Sedan, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1995 Chevrolet Caprice Sedan is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Very good thank you glenn

Julio O, owner of a 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier from Sierra Vista, AZ

The base coat paint product was beyond my expectations. It was truly awesome to find the exact original paint for my 24 year old car. I wish I had discovered this web store earlier. The gloss coat was not as glossy as I had expected it to be. I wish they had a glossier option along with details as to how many coats to put on. For that added protection. The spray gun trigger broke when I took it off the second can and it should really be reconfigure to incorporate a spring assisted clamp adapter. Ordering was easy and the shopping waiting time was not that long. I recommend this store to any "repair it yourself" type of person.
