Excellent customer service! I ordered the two ounce touch-up paint bottles for all six vehicles in our family (9 total bottles due to two-stage paint on several vehicles). The paint arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, even though the paint was packaged well, one bottle broke during shipping. I called the customer service line, described the situation, emailed a picture of the carnage, and they immediately sent replacements for all of the bottles that were covered with the spilled paint.
