Choose your Automotive paint color for your 1943 Chevrolet (All Models)

Restore Your 1943 Chevrolet (All Models) Finish In Two Steps

Select Your Chevrolet's Color (Step One)

AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1943 Chevrolet (All Models) using a basecoat/clearcoat system just like factory specs. To insure a proper match, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s color code, so you can find it on the chart below. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Click here for Chevy paint code location chart and paint code label examples.

Please note: The 'All Models' pages sometimes have a large amount of results to scroll through, if your vehicle's model is in the list of options on the prior screen we recommend trying that first.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1943 Chevrolet (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

John C F, owner of a 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe from Mora, MN

Your help in finding the color codes, the match was very good. The price hard to beat. thank you

Kevin K, owner of a 1965 Chevrolet from Ashland, OH

Your paint match is unbelievable, you literally cannot tell where you touch it up which makes it a pain to find where you touch it up to put the clear on.

Ken W, owner of a 1966 Chevrolet from Pinson, AL

I've a 1966 C10 truck that I'm two tone painting. The glass up, interior, accents is 2007 Corvette Silver where the main body is 2019 Dodge dark grey. Cab forward is finished and looks great but I'm still working on the bed. I've done a little painting, repaired my wife's 2007 Corvette where I rubbed it against a retaining wall and that turned out great, good match, and super easy to use plus I still had a little of that and really liked the color against my bother-in-laws Dodge truck. Using your paint is the fun part where the body work is killing me. I would highly recommend your paint and did ........... 5 stars.
