To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2010 Cadillac CTS, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Excellent products. Second time buying from Auto Touch Up and very good match. Last time I ordered it was a GM ruby red color and now this time the white diamond tri coat. The ruby red covered well and like some of the touch ups I've used in the past I had to retouch up with the other brands every so often as it seemed those other brands colors wore off. With auto touch up no re touch up needed. The New color I ordered white diamond tri coat is a three step process. Fist there is a color base coat and next the diamond coat and then thirdly the clear coat. I did not use the clear coat as it seems the touch up was good and small chips, so did not want to screw it up since it looked good already. I highly recommend their products!
