CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2009 Cadillac DTS, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. It looks like you sell very good products. I've begun using my first order, slowly and carefully, and will use this latest for final finishing and other scratches when I get to it. The color is an exact match. I found it under the second name that GM called it, but you also had it by the GM number. That prevented confusion as to whether it was, or wasn't the color I needed. I may buy the spray versions the next time, just to see if I can still do the job with them. I hope I never need them, but if I do.....I'll come to you. :-)
