To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2012 Buick Encore, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Color is a great match to the factory color on our 2011 Buick Enclave. Consistency of the paint is very good; you really need to shake it up a lot for it to mix evenly. Brush in the bottle is a bit coarse-it would be better if it was more fine/lighter so paint can be applied without leaving too much on the defect, resulting in a blob. Shipping time a little long--about 2 weeks. Overall, I'm very pleased. This is the second car I've bought touch up paint for, and it's the best I've used. Way better than auto store-bought touch up paint.
