CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2001 Buick Park Avenue, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2001 Buick Park Avenue is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

The price is a bit high, but the product has produced good results. The delivery time was fast. I appreciated the fast service.

Paul V, owner of a 2001 Buick Park Avenue from Finlayson, MN

I purchased the spray can base coat and clear coat to match a new side mirror assembly on my 2001 Buick. The color match was near perfect, considering existing paint work is now 17 years old. The products were shipped very quickly. I've done a fair amount of body repair and lacquer painting in the past, so have to comment that I felt the base coat spray pattern was a bit too fine and yielded quite a bit of over spray. The clear coat went on well - with almost no orange peel, and finished out excellent. I'm very satisfied with this transaction.

James E N, owner of a 2001 Buick Park Avenue from Brandon, FL

If I knew how easy it was, I would have painted my car years ago. My car paint was a "diamond white" and no one sold this color off the shelf. So I had to special order it and did so from Automotive Touchup. I was very nervous to order canned paint because I did not think I had the skills and I worried that it would not matched. Wow was I wrong! Using masking tape ( for overspray ) was the most time consuming part. I followed the directions on the can and the results were wonderful. Very easy and my car looks new. I highly recommend Automotive Touchup!
