CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2000 Buick (All Models), we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2000 Buick (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Michael H, owner of a 2000 Buick Park Avenue from Colorado Springs, CO

Seem like quality products at a fair price.

William B, owner of a 2000 Buick Park Avenue from Owasso, OK

Paint laid down good & matched perfectly.

Jim, owner of a 2000 Buick Lesabre from Granite Bay, CA

I wish you would have offered the option of a 2K clear in aerosol. Also, include some instruction on line about painting plastic bumpers. I think that with the black plastic of the buick bumper, it might be necessary to use a very thin coat of filler to seal the raw plastic from the solvent in the primer. But what do I know. Thanks.
