CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1998 Buick Park Avenue, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1998 Buick Park Avenue is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

John C, owner of a 1998 Buick Park Avenue from Mascoutah, IL

Paint was for 98 Buick Park Avenue in Bordeaux Red Pearl (51U). Purchased to paint a replacement door handle for one that had broken. Car is 26 years old but has spent most of it's life covered. Paint was a perfect match. Have ordered paint from here for other vehicles in the past (all GM) and it has always matched exactly. Great customer service as well!

Ron K, owner of a 1999 Buick Regal from Anderson, SC

Paint lays down very nice even when overspraying a dryer section, looks like OEM paint and clearcoat puts on the finishing touch. Thanks guys, good job.

Thomas S, owner of a 1999 Buick Park Avenue from Duvall, WA

You all were right on with the time frame that I was prepared to wait for the paint. The color was also right there, a little light on the color, but only I notice it, as I did the work, and know that I the door handle was replaced. I will use you guys again when needed, and I have been impressed by your company!
