CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1998 Buick Century, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1998 Buick Century is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Lindsey L, owner of a 1998 Buick Century from Sault Saint Marie, MI

Extremely good color match for 353e! The car hood is almost new looking. I will have to buff out a tiny bit of orange peel and 1 or 2 cats eyes from the clearcoat I put on. (But thats just my amature spraying skills showing) The 2k spraymax clearcoat is so glossy, that I can nearly shave using my reflection.

Scott E, owner of a 1998 Buick Century from Myerstown, PA

I ordered paint for a 1998 Buick Century. Spray can and touch-up bottle. It matched the 17 year old's paint PERFECTLY. Thanks for doing a great job. Nice product without a doubt.

James, owner of a 1998 Buick Century from Minnesota

I have an emerald green Buick Century that is really pretty, until some joker keyed the back passenger side fender. I'm talking deep gouges, and serious damages to the paint on the fender and passenger door. I ordered from you a can of the emerald green and gloss coat according to the paint numbers. I have to say, that was far and away the most superb color match I have ever seen! It is absolutely perfect. 2 neighbors wanted your contact info. Thank you, thank you and . . . thank you. James
