My wife's Acura rdx had some long clear coat scratches that were very visible but not deep. The clear coat bottle with brush was very easy and hid those scratches pretty well. Polishing compound restored the rest. Several of the deeper scratches required using the bottled paint. The color matched up well. Learning more about the process, (please add this to your faq for beginners!) and looking at different websites, anything scratch larger than a dime should use the aerosol spray. So I may go for same color in aerosol version to blend in the few larger scratches. Overall, happy with results as opposed to going to body shop. So much cheaper! My wife loves the results and notices the differences immediately. This touch up process requires patience but is worth it for minor scratches.
