Restore Your 1975 Cadillac (All Models) Finish In Two Steps

Select Your Cadillac's Color (Step One)

AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1975 Cadillac (All Models) using a basecoat/clearcoat system just like factory specs. To insure a proper match, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s color code, so you can find it on the chart below. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Click here for Cadillac paint code location chart and paint code label examples.

Please note: The 'All Models' pages sometimes have a large amount of results to scroll through, if your vehicle's model is in the list of options on the prior screen we recommend trying that first.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1975 Cadillac (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Eddy Bean, owner of a 1975 Cadillac from Blaine, WA

This is my first experience of buying from Automotive Touchup / Microfinish. I thought I should write this because my experience is completely positive. I ordered 3 products from AutomotiveTouchup: Primer, Basecoat and Clearcoat for a 1975 Cadillac Eldorado color code 36. I went online, paid with PayPal and waited. After about 10 days I wrote to them using their support email address to find out what was happening. I also thought it would be a good idea to look them up and found some worrying reviews online, so I considered registering a dispute with PayPal. I was at the 'click to dispute' button, but it was late so I left it till the next day. In the morning I had an email from Sheila at AutomotiveTouchup telling me exactly what I needed to know and when my order was going to ship. So fingers off complaint buttons, lets be patient. 2 days later, another update email, I see something has shipped so now it's a trackable delivery. I received the package, a well packaged box with the products inside, plus the test card, and a little ad card. The basecoat says Cadillac 36, exactly what I ordered. Today I used it, followed the instructions, primer, basecoat and clearcoat. Perfect color match, all 3 products worked perfectly. The job is done and for a fraction of what it costs to go to an outside solution. I don't know where negative reviews come from but my experience has been 100% positive. I think where they could improve is updating customers if the order is taking a little longer. But this is 'custom paint' in many cases. So I am grateful that I can even buy it. A few extra days do not matter in my situation. So give them a try, be patient if you have an issue with delivery of the product, or the product itself, give them a call or email them and it will get sorted out. This is my genuine experience and I would order from them again. many thanks, and thank you Sheila, Eddy Bean 1975 Cadillac Eldorado Firethorn Red code 36

Mark K, owner of a 1975 Cadillac from Pacific Grove, CA

You guys are fantastic. I don't see how you can make such a small amount of paint and have it be perfect. I have used you twice for two different cars and I love it.

Robert M, owner of a 1974 Cadillac from Lake Havasu City, AZ

Great products, very close matching colors. Shipping fees seemed a bit excessive, paid nearly $11.00 for one aerosol can shipping! Shipping charges should reflect your actual cost to ship the product with the carrier, with no markup on the shipping fee. Most companies are getting very competitive on their shipping fees.
