Shipping: Most touch up paint orders are processed, color matched, filled and shipped within 3-5 business days.
UPS Shipping: we currently offer UPS ground shipping to 48 states and Canada. Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day is available for select products in the USA. 2oz touch up bottles, aerosol spray paint, pint or quart containers of paint, or other ORM-D products are restricted to ground delivery. Ground Shipments to Canada will have a low flat rate brokerage fee of $10 on shipments under $200 Canadian plus any applicable Canadian duties and/or taxes. Shipments valued under $20 (Canadian) are exempt from brokerage and taxes.
United States Post Office: We offer first class and priority USPS shipping to all USA states and territories. We cannot ship ORM-D packages (spray paint, 2 oz touch up botttles, pint and quart containers) to military APO addresses. Not all products qualify for USPS shipping options. 1/2 oz touch up bottles and paint pens are available for APO Military addresses.
Canceling an Order: All orders are custom made and filled on a per order basis. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if the paint has already been made. If the order has not been made, it is possible to cancel.
Color Match Guarantee: We guarantee our paint to match any original factory color per OEM specifications which can vary from the factory. If you are unsatisfied with our blendable color match, return it to us and we will remix it for free. If your vehicle is faded, has been repainted, or oxidized, we will try to adjust the color free of charge. Please remember that the guarantee only applies to original factory paint. ALWAYS test the paint on the card provided, before applying it to your vehicle to ensure a blendable color match!
Return Instructions: Our customers are very important to us, and we will try our best to satisfy you with our product. If you are unhappy with your paint match, ship the paint test spray out card back to us along with the year, make, model, vin, a copy of your invoice, and the description of the paint color compared to the car color and we will investigate the color match problem. Any remixed paint will be shipped to you free of charge. Reasons for a color mismatch may include: a repainted vehicle, wrong color code, bad variance (some colors vary a bit from the factory), sun damage, or deteriorated finish. In most cases only the test card will be needed for remixing in addition to details about your particular case problem. Please call before sending anything back to us for individual case instructions. There is a 30 day limitation from the date of order to remix paint or return non made to order products. Unused non made to order products can be refunded with a 25% restock fee less shipping and handling. In the event of an extreme color matching problem, a refund may be given with a 25% restocking fee less shipping upon product return at the discretion of customer service management and Return Authorization number.
**We can not accept returns for human application error such as forgetting to read the instructions, unintentional use of product, over ordering, under ordering, ordering the wrong color, because you changed your mind, don't need your order after all, or because you sold your car quicker than you thought you would. While we will assist you in selecting the right color, it is against company policy to guess for you.

Even though we'd like to, we can not watch over you while you use our paint. You need to test the color before applying to your car. Our paint color match is a guaranteed blendable match. We cannot do anything once the paint is applied to the car. We are not liable if you damage your car, so please be very careful. Also be safe. Keep touch up paint and other paint products away from children. Touch up paint is flammable and harmful or fatal if swallowed. Do not store in your car or in temperatures above 120F. Avoid from freezing. Dispose of paint products carefully respecting your local regulations. Wear eye protection and disposable gloves. Protect your lungs...these chemicals are known in the state of California to cause cancer. Touching up vehicles should be done outside in the shade or in a well ventilated area. Painting respirators are available for purchase.
