Expert paint match in an aerosol can, who would have thought? Installed new front fenders on 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee because original fenders we’re toast. Body shop wanted 750.00 bucks. I done it for under 250. Will be posting a pic soon but you can’t tell there was ever any work done. Go ahead and order some inner fender retainers (plastic) because they break easy. Fender took one can of paint and one can of clear each. 1/2 can primer each they were pre primed. Have not compounded or wet sanded yet and they still look good. Very satisfied will deal with again.

I replaced two badly rusted fenders from junkyard. I used Automotive Touchup for base pearl and cleared coated with Spray Max 2K. A perfect match which is surprising for a 15 year old vehicle.
I was amazed at how easy it was to spray Automotive base paint. Very high quality. Delivery was roughly one week.
The one negative, is that everyone is asking me to repaint their cars.

FANTASTIC!!! I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited that has never been garaged. I was concerned that the Metallic silver color could not be easily matched. I used the primer, then the base coat (color), then the clear cost......it was an exact match. When I ordered the paint for my 2001 Grand Cherokee Limited I was in Oregon and the car was in California. I had no access to the door sticker to obtain the color code.
As a result I reviewed your color charts and picked what I thought was the correct color code. I did have my reservations because the color just didn't look right in your chart but it was the only bright red available for a 2001.
When I got home and checked the color code on the vehicle I found it was PEL. And that's why nothing on the 2001 chart agreed with our car's color. Although our vehicle is definitely a 2001 (production month of May 2001) the color was supposedly only available on 2002 and later Grand Cherokees.
In any event, once I ordered and received the correct PEL color, the resultant paint match was absolutely amazing. Thank you for such a quality product.
btw: The errantly ordered 2001 paint will be utilized on my snow plow truck--it's a relatively close color match and is satisfactory for that unit.

I went to a parts store for touch up paint for my girlfriends jeep. They did not have it due to the year nor was it available on line. So I remember Automotive Touch Up from one of my car mag. So I ordered a small bottle of base and clear coat and I ordered the a bottle for my pickup. Both colors were excellent matches. One thing to remember is colors somewhat fade even with a clear over top and also the clear shine breaks down over time. Taking these few things into consideration these two paints matched excellent for 13 year old vehicles.
I emailed them afterwards and asked what brand paint they use to mix with. I was pleasantly surprised what brands they used and will more than likely use them when I paint one of the cars I own (1968 Firebird 400/400) in lieu of kissing the local paint suppliers you know what where I live who do not want to help the non business automotive enthusiast. Thank you.
