This product was GREAT!!!!! I have two classic cars (55 T-Bird and a 1966 Mustang Fastback). I have detailed both cars. My Thunderbird needed some touch-up paint on the body. Purchased paint pens to touch up some paint chips on my 55 T Bird which is the original Thunderbird blue. I called to speak directly as different shades are shown on the website. Chose the lightest shade and looks good on small chips, but slightly different shade when applied to larger scratches. [ATU Note: Applying paint too think can darken the paint.]

Bought a couple spray cans to do some semi hidden areas, like behind the master cylinder where it had leaked,removing the paint on the firewall. I didn't expect a "perfect match" but just something to get by with.
I have to say, the spot in area just looks like it was never touched. The car had sat for 56 years in a garage, not seeing the outside sun and the firewall looked good other than the area the brake fluid attacked it. Saved a lot of work refinishing the entire firewall.
I would buy again.

The Aquatone Blue was a perfect match. The Waterfall Blue was another story. When the Waterfall Blue went on "wet", it looked like it might match, but as soon as it dried, it was obviously too dark. However, I am grateful that I was able to buy touch up paint for colors that are long outdated. The Aquatone Blue, however, is superb. [ATU Note: Clearcoat would keep it looking wet forever, and it would have then matched.]

I ordered your touchup paint for my 1955 Ford Thunderbird! The car is 61 years old and the paint is very original. Car was stored for many years before I acquired it. The color is Snowshoe White and in your online order system you offered this color. In trying to match paint for a very old car with old paint, I knew not to expect too much. WAS I SURPRISED!! The match of colors is perfect. I am amazed that you were able to supply a paint that matches so well. Application of the paint for touchup is very easy and the content, volume, and short drying time make it an excellent product for touching up little chips, and spots.

This was a rare color, and I was very pleased at how well it matched the rest of the car. I used the paint for metal interior parts and the application was quick and easy. Surface preparation is key in having excellent results. The nicely matched color compliments the rest of the car!

I was looking for touch up paint for my 1955 Ford Country Sedan and found "AutomotiveTouchup" on the Web. The 2 ounce bottles arrived quickly but one of the bottle caps was loose and some of the paint was all over the plastic bag. I was still able to use what remained of the paint though.
The car has had a repaint so one of the colors didn't match, but again, that wasn't AutomotiveTouchups' fault.
