Restore Your 1976 Chevrolet Corvette Finish In Two Steps

Select Your Chevrolet's Color (Step One)

AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1976 Chevrolet Corvette using a basecoat/clearcoat system just like factory specs. To insure a proper match, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s color code, so you can find it on the chart below. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1976 Chevrolet Corvette is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Robert W, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Haddam, CT

Perfect color match, great price for the product and very fast shipping. Recommended dealer.

Richard T, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Mchenry, IL

Just now got to use the paint touch up system. The first two spots look good. This is on an original painted vet. Of course the car paint is over 45 years old but has been kept looking as new as possible. Your touch up paint blended in nice and will get a coat of wax in a few weeks. Looks great.

Verne L, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Johnston, IA

Thought it impossible to get touch up paint for my vette but Automotive mixed it for me. Great job.

Charles S, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Nevada City, CA

Great product. The small touch up bottle applies beautifully and matches perfectly, I love it.

James S, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Joppa, MD

Great job matching my yellow corvette. Very satisfied.

Gary H, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Warrensburg, IL

2nd purchase 1st was arctic white for 88 corvette matched perfect and then dark brown for my 76 corvette matched perfect it is great to be able to buy small touch up bottles for older cars thanks.

Larry W, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Monroe, TN

This is a superb product. The color match was perfect. It is the best touchup paint that I have used.

Milton B, owner of a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette from Broadview Heights, OH

The touch-up paint received was a perfect (and rare) color match. The only thing that caught me by surprise (because I didn't pay close enough attention to the description) was that it was only BASE coat. I ran to the store and got some Duplicolor clear to finish the job. If nothing else it made me an "expert" at doing base coat / clear coat pretty fast. I used an airbrush to do the touch-up area and would have needed a spray rattle can to cover the whole final area anyway. Thanks for the good service.
