Great service. My order was processed quickly and it arrived quicker than expected during COVID-19. I ordered two base coats matched to my vehicles and one clear coat. All in pen style. Prices were reasonable. Paint matched well.
The negative is the clear coat pen tip was sticking. It was defective. It remained in the open position.
Furthermore, I thought the pen design would be excellent at keeping the paint fresh, especially over time. I was expecting the design with a metal ball and socket, spring loaded. This design uses a wicking tip, spring loaded, and it seals when the cap is replaced. Knowing this, I should have bought the brush and bottle design.
In summary, excellent service, defective pen, and questionable tip design.
