Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2003 Volkswagen New Beetle Cabrio is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Kevin, owner of a 2003 Volkswagen New Beetle Cabrio from Reston, VA

Very high quality paint and color match. The clear coat was also terrific and easy to apply. Well recommended touch up paint system.

Denny, owner of a 2002 Volkswagen New Beetle from Tolono, IL

My granddaughter's 2002 red VW bug had a 5 inch crack in the plastic rear fender. I purchased your sandable primer, your color coded base coat paint and the clear coat (all aerosol). After repairing the crack I applied your products. I was amazed at how well it came out. Many years ago I used to do some body shop work so I know how difficult matching and blending can be. I would recommend your product to anyone. If I ever need paint I know where to go. Thanks

Mitchell P, owner of a 2002 Volkswagen Cabrio from Beaufort, NC

The color match was much better than the competition. The amount of pigment in the paint made coverage quite nice. Price was a bit high, but you get more paint. It seems that most parts stores have stopped selling touch up paint spay. I'm happy you still market it...
