Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1974 Triumph (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Perfect match with quick shipment.

Brad I, owner of a 1974 Triumph from Shingle Springs, CA

I have purchased the TR6 white in spray can to paint my engine compartment and under hood. I also used the clear. EXCELLENT match!! I also purchased a bottle of the touch up for my 1974 white original paint. These guys know how to match a vintage OE paint.

Brad I, owner of a 1974 Triumph from Placerville, CA

1974 TR6: I purchased 3 cans of the paint code 19 white and two cans of clear in rattle can form to detail my engine bay while rebuilding the motor. GREAT match and easy application. Thank you Automotivetouchup

Rob B, owner of a 1974 Triumph from Hollywood, FL

As in the past, you have supplied me with the perfect match! I am so glad that you are in business. Thank you, my 1974 Triumph TR6 and my 1971 Ford Mustang both show very well now that I have a perfect color match to their original paint.

Elated Customer, owner of a 1974 Triumph

Wow...... that's all I can say it's a perfect match. The job which was my first attempt at any kind of body work it has turned out much better than even I expected. Great job you guys for mixing my paint thank you very much... I use this paint on may 1974 Triumph TR6 that was repainted around 1999 with a GM colour ....perfect

Bruce S, owner of a 1974 Triumph from CT

So glad I found Automotivetouchup.com! I have a 2007 FJ in Black Mica and a 1974 TR6 in Sapphire Blue. Automotivetouchup matched these pretty obscure colors perfectly and the aerosol application was a breeze. The TR6 engine bay will look great after the clear coat...actually need a few more cans to finish the trunk since the engine bay came out so well! The spray can trigger tool is highly recommended.

Jon K, owner of a 1974 Triumph from Van Nuys, CA

I painted the right door on my TR6 and I am astonished how well it looks. Even after 40 years the color is perfect. I may just paint the whole car with spray cans.

Mark G, owner of a 1974 Triumph from Monroe, WA

I bought an applicator pen to touch up my pimento red TR6. It had a few chips here and there, and I'm very pleased. It went on smoothly and easily, and the color appears to match exactly. Thank you for the paint. Mark Glover
