Restore Your Toyota Finish In Two Steps

Select Your Toyota's Color (Step One)

AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1998 Toyota Tercel using a basecoat/clearcoat system just like factory specs. To insure a proper match, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s color code so you can find it on the chart below. The color code can be located in the driver side door jamb. The code will have a C/TR in front of it. A typical code will look like C/TR: 1D4/FH13, and 1D4 would be the color code in this example. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1998 Toyota Tercel is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Brian C, owner of a 1997 Toyota 4Runner from Shelley, ID

I painted the front driver's side fender because the clear coat was peeling. I sanded it down and painted it. Keep in mind to get the 3 to 4 coats of clear coat you'll need about two spray cans of clear coat to one can of base coat. I had to order more clear coat. The color was a perfect match once I got the layers of clear coat applied. The paint seemed to apply with out running and was a high quality paint.

Michael M, owner of a 1997 Toyota from Snohomish, WA

Superb match I called my order in and had a very helpful lady on the other end taking car to get the other touchup paints I needed. I used the touch up pen on my BMW rock chips and it worked perfectly. Thank you for great service. Mike Milsom
