The color code can be located in the driver side door jamb. The code will have a C/TR in front of it. A typical code will look like C/TR: 1D4/FH13, and 1D4 would be the color code in this example. Click here for Toyota paint code location diagrams and label examples.
Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:
Lisa B, owner of a 1998 Toyota Corolla from Hanover Park, IL
I drive an old 98 toyota corolla with 230k miles in great mechanical shape but 60% of the car has lost its clear coat and has a Ruby pearl color is very hard to match. Got quotes for $1200 for body work which were hardly worth it. Stumbled across this site and I was at first skeptical and very reluctant to sand down my own car since I have no experience. But I figured the paint job is ruined anyway and any improvement would be better. Watched a few youtube videos and worked one section at first and to my surprise the paint is an exact match! Its been over a week and no peeling or bubbling. My kids and co workers can't believe the difference and i only spent $20! I just ordered another spray can I intend to tackle more areas next. Now I can still drive my old car with no car payments with less embarrassment. Thanks Automotive Touchup for "pimping" my ride lol! Happy in Chicago!
Amanda M, owner of a 1998 Toyota RAV4 from Austin, TX
A while back I repaired some front end damage to my car. When it came time to paint, I took my time and did it right. Sanding and priming the area first. However, I made the mistake of buying the paint from a local auto parts store. Although the color was suppose to be a match, it was not. It was close, and I thought that after the clear coat was added it would be hardly noticeable....wrong. It drove me crazy every time I looked at my car. Recently, I've started to do some repairs, inside and out, and I thought it was time to correct my mistake. So I found Automotive Touchup. Put in my year, make and model. Matched the code inside my car door to the one on the website, and the color was a PERFECT MATCH. I am extremely pleased. In fact, I recently placed another order to repaint my faded hood. Oh and one more thing that makes Automotive Touchup great, shipping was fast.
