I have a 20 year old Saturn with major rust patches on the hood and little dings here and there. I did not need it to look perfect, so I didn't bother with all the sanding and prepping. I cleaned the car well and used the matching spray paint and then the clear coat. It looks wonderful and now has more protection from the weather. I like the excellent color match. People, if you don't want to do all the automotive technician work to prep the car, here is my testimony it can still look good after you use these products.
