Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1996 Mazda B-Series is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Keith P, owner of a 1995 Mazda Miata from Frisco, TX

Hi, I have a ‘95 Miata (originally red) that was custom painted Honda Aztec Green Metallic by the previous owner. They did a good job but did not paint under the hood/trunk. Then to make things worse the previous owner did some stupid things to “disguise” the red under each and made a huge mess. It took me a day to clean and prep the mess, but your touchup was almost spot on. If I had used white primer rather than light gray it would have been an exact match. For a car what was custom painted that says a lot for your product, I'm very pleased! I just uploaded some pics too.

Ken M, owner of a 1995 Mazda Miata from Wesson, MS

1995 Mazda Miata "M Edition" Paint is "Merlot Mica" and is very hard to match. Sanded, primed, painted and then cleared the rear valance, bumper and driver side mirror. Clear-coat was almost gone in all these areas. Very satisfied with results. Paint was almost a perfect match. Best I have ever done using a rattle can.
